When is the latest I can place an order for Christmas delivery?

To receive an order before December 25 please place orders:

  • To the USA before December 5th
  • To Canada and International Regions before November 14th

My order is being returned to sender. Can you re-ship it back to me and guarantee holiday delivery?

Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee holiday delivery for reshipments after our cutoff dates as listed above. If your package has been returned to sender please email us and we will try to help where we can.

I got your merchandise as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?

We will honour holiday return/exchange requests within 30 days of the shipment delivery date. Items must be in original/unwashed/unworn condition to be eligible and we will need a proof or purchase or order number to begin the process.

Will my package be delayed due to the Canada Post strike?

There are many outlying areas in Canada affected by an ongoing postal strike. We are no longer shipping with Canada Post at this time however should your order have been effected prior to this change, please email us for support.

How do I care for my items?

To ensure the longevity of any printed garments, it is recommended to turn the garment inside out before machine washing on a cold cycle. For drying, use a low-tumble dry setting or opt for hang drying to prevent any shrinkage. Please email us any specific questions regarding garment information or care.

How do I know my size?

We strive to provide size charts for every product or size recommendations in the product description. If you require more information than we provide about any products, please send us an email.

Order Information

When will I be charged for my order?

All orders will be charged at the time of purchase. “ARMADA INC” will appear on the statement description. If an order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday it may take longer to process specific to your bank's procedures. If you have any questions regarding a charge from “ARMADA INC” please email us for help.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We strive to ship out items as quickly as possible and cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. If you have made a mistake or would like to edit your order, please email us for support. If the order has processed, please wait for delivery and request a return or exchange with 30 days.

Where do you ship from?

All products ship from the USA. We work with Armada to provide logistics, customer service and website support.

Where do you ship to?

We offer both domestic and international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed as a shipping destination, please email us and we will do our best to help.

What about tariffs and duties?

We offer the ability to pre-pay tariffs and duties to ensure peace of mind and transparency for your purchases. This arrangement is referred to as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and will show as such in the checkout under shipping options. To help offset some of these charges for our customers we may cover the shipping cost when the total order spend is over a certain value. This free shipping threshold is communicated in the cart checkout and dependent on delivery destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout and based on the size of the order and final destination. All orders include a tracking number and insurance when selected. Duties, tariffs or additional courier charges may occur on international orders and are the financial responsibility of the receiver when DDP shipping is not selected. Undeliverable or unclaimed packages are not eligible for reshipment or refund and are the responsibility of the courier and not that of Armada Merch or Matty Matheson.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for customers in North America who spend over a certain amount.

If you are shopping from the USA, free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout for purchases of +$100 USD (before taxes and shipping).

If you are shopping from Canada, free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout for purchases of +$200 CND (before taxes and shipping). *Orders may still be subject to duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees unless DDP has been selected.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Our team processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays. We strive to ship every order within 3-7 business days. Any delay beyond this standard is communicated to the customer. Delivery times are subject to the carrier selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Every order will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can view the full tracking details. Please note that some couriers may have a delay of up to 48 hours to relay their tracking information.

Once the order has left our facility it is the responsibility of the selected courier. Armada may help facilitate investigations into issues with delivery, however any unresolved delivery issues are between the courier and the recipient.

Items in my order arrived damaged/defective, what do I do?

If you are unsatisfied with the way your item has arrived please document the issue and contact us by email within 30 days of delivery. Armada will help to facilitate investigations into issues with items damaged upon delivery, however any issues involving damaged packages are between the courier and the recipient.

My order was lost/stolen/hasn’t arrived?

If you have not received your package after 3 days of your expected delivery date please email us to investigate. Please note that once the order has left our facility it is the responsibility of the selected courier. Armada may help facilitate investigations into issues with delivery, however any unresolved delivery issues are between the courier and the recipient.
