Restaurants: Standby Detroit Lanches a New Menu

This summer, Matty Matheson and his Canada-based Our House Hospitality Company have partnered to launch a new menu at Detroit's most loved cocktail bar Standby. Originally opened in 2015 within the Belt alleyway downtown, Standby grew to expand with a sister bar called the Skip which you may find Matty pulling up to on his latest Book Tour. 

The partnership is a natural reach for Matty as his connections to Detroit run deep and include being the home to Matheson Cookware's partner Brian Richer.

Dedicated to the art of hospitality and creative thinking, Standby is designed to offer refuge from the day-to-day. Matty Matheson will bring creative culinary vision to feature a dynamic menu with locally sourced fare.
