Recipe: Date Night Nachos

Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef, 85/25
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 packet Old El Paso Taco seasoning
- 1 jar salsa verde
- 1-2 bags high-quality tortilla chips
- 2 bags Colby jack, or other marbled cheese
- Pickled jalapenos
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 jar green olives
- 1 bag of baby peppers
- Sour cream
- Limes
- Tomatillo
- Tapito Salsa Picante
- Jalapeno Cholula
Directions
In a large pan over high heat, brown the ground beef. Once browned, add in ½ cup of salsa and a packet of Old El Paso taco seasoning. Stir until incorporated.
On a rimmed baking sheet, cover with a thin layer of tortilla chips and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Add another layer of chips followed by a little amount of taco beef.
Add dollops of refried beans across the chips, cheese, and beef followed by a sprinkle of black olives, green olives, pickled jalapenos, and sliced baby peppers, and cover with shredded cheese.
Add to a preheated oven set to 450°F. Bake until the cheese is melted.
For the dips, add sour cream to the back side of a bowl followed by tomatillo, green verde, salsa picante, and a fresh squeeze of lime juice. Serve and enjoy!
