Directions

In a large pan over high heat, brown the ground beef. Once browned, add in ½ cup of salsa and a packet of Old El Paso taco seasoning. Stir until incorporated.

On a rimmed baking sheet, cover with a thin layer of tortilla chips and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Add another layer of chips followed by a little amount of taco beef.

Add dollops of refried beans across the chips, cheese, and beef followed by a sprinkle of black olives, green olives, pickled jalapenos, and sliced baby peppers, and cover with shredded cheese.

Add to a preheated oven set to 450°F. Bake until the cheese is melted.

For the dips, add sour cream to the back side of a bowl followed by tomatillo, green verde, salsa picante, and a fresh squeeze of lime juice. Serve and enjoy!
